Whenever we think of doing something, or saying something,
we always worry about jinxing our situation. We really want to have these
babies, and we do not want to do anything that might jinx us. That includes
thinking about buying baby equipment (strollers, beds, etc.), buying a
Van or station wagon, or even simply buying a book or something for the
babies themselves. On the whole we are level headed, and know that these
sorts of things won't bring bad luck, but we've been lucky so far, and
we don't want to draw attention to that!
By the way, he seems to have settled in very well, and has made acquaintances with the other bears! I think he likes it here! |

But
still, I must be prepared, and I must do some planning, so I have begun
my search for Steiff Teddy bears, which I will give to my children.
The first bear has been found, and took the short journey from New Jersey
to our home for the future presentation! If I find the time, and I hope
I do, a book will be created
